Your first session will begin with a chat where we discuss your curiosity, goals, and what you're hoping to explore. Then we'll do gentle movement and breathing practices tailored specifically to your comfort level. There's no pressure to do anything that doesn't feel right for your body.

Do I need to be flexible or have yoga experience?

Absolutely not! My approach is designed for people who are curious about yoga but maybe feel intimidated. We start exactly where you are and work gently from there. Your body is perfect as it is.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! I offer virtual sessions for clients who prefer the comfort of home or live outside the local area. The experience is just as personalized and supportive.
