Group class is a beautiful way to move, breathe, and connect alongside others who are also showing up for themselves. There's no performance, no comparison. Just an invitation to land in your body, soften your breath, and remember that you belong here.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after a break, every body is welcome. Modifications are always offered, and the pace honors where you are today.

A Few Things to Know Before Your First Class
What to bring
A yoga mat if you have one, a water bottle, and comfortable clothes you can move in. Mats and props are available at Evolution Wellness if you don't have one yet.
What to wear
Anything you can stretch and breathe in. No special "yoga clothes" required. Come as you are.
Do I need experience?
None at all. Group class is beginner-friendly and modifications are always offered. If you're brand new, the free discovery call is a great way to ease in.
How do I pay?
Drop in for $20 per person, paid at the door. Or buy a prepaid pack online for Evolution Wellness Martial Arts: 1 class for $20, 5 for $90, 10 for $150, or 20 for $260. Each pack expires on the schedule shown with that option.
